iPhone 11's earphones are not working properly
My new iphone 11 earphones are not working properly. The left side has no sound at all. What should I do?

Take a look at the following and see if things listed below help
Adjust the volume balance and mono audio. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual. Adjust any of the following: Mono Audio: Combine the left and right channels into a mono signal played on both channels. Balance: Drag the Left Right Stereo Balance slider.

Try a reset on the iPhone
Try using another pair of earphones and see if they have the same problem
