Make an appointment at your nearest Apple Store or Authorized Repair shop for a battery change.
Get an appointment at an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center for help with that.
I got mine done a few weeks back. $69 (USD) and it took about an hour. Make sure you have a backup first and you'll need to temporarily turn off Find My iPhone.
