Which Apple Watch is best

I am a 31 year old and my wife is 26 we are looking to purchase apple watches but can’t decide between the series 6 and the SE going to local electronic shops hasn’t been any help! Why not turn to Apple professionals. They will be used mostly for notifications, sleep tracking, alarms!
