So I got a new iPhone and backed up my iCloud before resetting the old one. Once it had completed I restored the old one and began setting up my new iPhone but once I had all my photos from the past 5 years had vanished. They aren’t in the recently deleted folder in the cloud or anywhere. Is it possible to retrieve them I really need them back.
Were you certain the photos were in iCloud, and not solely on your device? If they were on iCloud and you had enough iCloud storage space, then the photos should've synced to your device.
