Seems kind of ironic but you'll have to contact Apple and ask them what went wrong. We are users like you. We do not have access to your account or Apple's call/contact logs.

We are not Apple but rather end users like you. We have no way to find out.
Have you made sure a message do not go to junk mail or another folder?
In the "how did we do?" e-mail or web page, is there a place to enter a bit of text in response? Such as, "Hey! I never got your first email."
We do know that all tech companies are handling unprecedented numbers of tech support calls as so many people worldwide work and study from home. That increases the chances of one question "falling through the cracks."
Since we are all just end users and do not work for Apple, we would not know - sorry.
