Safari repeatedly asks to accept cookies on same sites (MacBook Pro 10.15.6)

I'm confused as to why Safari continually asks to accept cookies from sites I'm on repeatedly in one day. For instance, my website is created using smugmug. I'm constantly asked to accept cookies from smugmug, even in one day when I go to various parts of my smugmug website. Drives me batty.

I've allowed them in Safari Preferences under Privacy and manage website data. Block all cookies is Unchecked and smugmug.com is listed under manage website data.

I've not cleared history or done anything to remove the cookies.

Does anyone know I can prevent this from happening?
