App doesn’t allow or give option to cancel !!

contacted Apple support to help. The app guided from pub/restaurant before entering to scan

now its a £9.99 weekly charge !!!!

There should be. Double check the name of the app on the charge that you are receiving.

It is also possible that the subscription is on another Apple ID.
