apple trade from other country

hey guys, I live in Turkey I have an Iphone 6 plus 64gb and I orijinally bought it from usa but after I used it 2 years the mothercard broke so I sent the device to apple repair store(?) and they gave me brand new Iphone 6 plus cause they broke my old phone, and now I want to trade my phone with apple trade but my country's apple store's doesnt offer trade in program, so I wonder if I can send my phone to USA trade in program since I orijnally bought it from USA
