My MacBook Pro 2019 16" reaches high temperatures too often

Hi there,

My MacBook Pro 16 inches, 2019, using Catalina OS reaches high temperatures too often (the temperature goes above 40 C - 105 F). I spoke by iChat with Apple's support team, they run their hardware tests and found no issue. We also reset the SMC but the issue continues. It just happened again and I checked the activity monitor. Accountsd %CPU was 310%.

Is it normal? Does anyone have a guess of what could be happening and how to solve it?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

It just happened again and I checked the activity monitor. Accountsd %CPU was 310%.

Contact Apple again and ask about that specifically. It's not normal.
