Why won’t the Apple TV program Tehran play on TV with Airplay???

Content of Apple TV shows, like Tehran, I cannot get AirPlay to work? How do I overcome this problem please??

Devices you can use with the Apple TV app and Apple TV+ - Apple Support

Apple TV+ content will not work with Apple TV (2nd generation), not even through AirPlay, but should work with Apple TV (3rd generation or later) and AirPlay-enabled TVs.
