I want to update my IMAC to OS X 10.14 it is an older 2011 27 in version
No sorry, that iMac's hardware does not support macOS 10.14 or later.

1) No, because the Apple does not support any upgrade path to 10.14/Mojave on 2011 iMacs.
2) No, because 10.14 is incompatible with Radeon HD 6000 series GPUs.
