Apple ID

I have an iPhone 11, my wife an XR....

We share data, family sharing..

However....recently, my phone calls have been showing up in her recent calls as well.

This has never happened before.

If she deletes her list, my list deletes as well.

I another discussion that I posted about this, it was suggested an Apple ID for my wife's phone....

She does have one, but, when I try to change it, it keeps asking for my ID and to change my passcode.

My question is, How do I change the Apple ID on my wife's phone to her ID, not mess mine up, still have family sharing and both our rrecent call lists will stay intact should one of us delete calls...

Hey there lvbassistcjs,

We understand you and your phone calls show in your wife's call log and you want to separate things. When you try to get her signed into her Apple ID, it ask for your information. We'll be happy to help.

First, if you account is signed in to her device, you'll need to enter your ID and password. If prompted, you might also have to enter or change your passcode. If the system is asking you to do this without an option to skip, it would need to be done.

Then sign into her account. Afterwards, we'd recommend making sure Family Sharing is fully set up. Use this guide: Set up Family Sharing
