Bootcamp Assistant Restarts and the Screen is Turned Off

Hello, Recently I upgraded my iMac 5K 2015 HD to a SSD, and now after restoring my old files from the HD I want to do bootcamp again, everything goes well, I select my ISO File, Set the partition Size, download the Windows Support, but when the BootCamp assistant restart my Mac and went to the Bootcamp partition the display turns off, the Mac still on, but the display is turned off and don't show anything even if I put an external monitor.

I reseted PRAM and NVRAM, tried using other version of macOS (High Sierra).

im running macOS Mojave 10.14.6

Can anybody help me?

i solved it, I created the bootcamp partition via Bootcamp Assistant, and before restart I copied from "/Library/Application Support/BootCamp/WindowsSupport.dmg" the drivers and saved on my desktop. after the restart I selected macOS and used parallels desktop to install windows, I Setted on parallels to use Bootcamp partition as my HD and installed windows. the Bootcamp assistant on windows won't work using parallels, so I installed manually the AppleDisplayInstaller64 and turned off the VM and restarted the computer and selected the Bootcamp, Puff, problem solved.
