Why can’t I update to iOS 14?

My phone is currently updated to iOS 13.7 and it’s not even showing me that the new update is available. I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Is anyone else having the same issue or does anyone know how I can update? Thanks

You were in the iOS 13 beta program and did not remove it. Go to Settings/General/Profiles, tap on and delete the iOS 13 beta profile and restart your phone—>Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
