Music on iPhone

in order to make room for the new IOS I removed the Music app on my iPhone 7+.

Now I can't get it back.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Ok, I understand now. Thank you for clarifying.

So you have re-installed the Music app. But now, you want to add music to your iPhone, right?

You have not mentioned how you have used Apple Music prior to deleting it!

Depending on whether you sync music from your Mac/PC or subscribe to Apple Music, you can add music to your iPhone by following these steps:

Listen to music and more in the Apple Music app - Apple Support

Add and download music from Apple Music - Apple Support

Sync music between your Mac and iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

You're absolutely free to not want to use Apple Music subscription service. Because it wasn't mentioned, I was merely inquiring/guessing how you were probably using the Music app prior to deleting it.

Thanks for any further assistance.

There is only one Apple Music app, which also is the music player. You have mentioned that you have purchased music. I shall list the steps you need to follow to get your purchased music back on your phone.

From the support article: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support

How to redownload music on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Open the iTunes Store app. Sign in with the same Apple ID that you originally used to purchase the item.
  2. On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap  More in the menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap  Purchased. On an iPad, just tap  Purchased.
  3. Tap Music at the top of the screen.
  4. If you use Family Sharing and you want to see content that a family member purchased, tap the family member’s name.
  5. Find the music that you want to redownload, then tap it.
  6. Tap the download button  for the song or album. You can find the music in the Music app. Don't see the item that you purchased?

I’ve tried, without success, to use the various suggestions.

I’ve never used Apple Music and, quiet frankly, find it an imposition having to keep going through answering no, I don’t want to try Apple Music for free for three months.

Perhaps I’ve downloaded the wrong Apple Music Player as it doesn’t let me see my several Apple tunes I’ve bought.

Thanks for any further assistance.
