There's not enough space on apple watch for update

Hello. I have 3.0 GB free space on my Apple Watch series 3. It requires 3.1 GB for update to watchOS 7.0. So I can't remove anything else. Do I have to erase all data from Apple Watch?

solved. i just unpaired it and repaired.
