My autofill passwords disappeared how can I get them back
When I signed out of my Apple ID and signed back in my autofill passwords disappeared

Just so we are on the same page, are you referring to iCloud Keychain? If so, you would have needed to choose "Keep" when signing out as detailed here: Set up iCloud Keychain
If you have another Apple device using the same Apple ID and Keychain you can follow steps in the same resource to sync the passwords.
