deleting apps on an iPad mini 2
I have an iPad mini 2 running iOS 12.4.8 and I want to delete an app or apps--I hold the app down waiting for the "jiggle," but nothing happens--Thx for your time

Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and
App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
