I'm running Macos 10.13.06 High Sierra on my iMac. The iCloud sees my iPhone 8, my roommate's iPh 5s and her (new) MacAir but not my iPad 4. Any ideas. The iPad is running the last applicable update of iOS 10.3.4.

Great. That's it! My iPad 4, Share My Location was (in fact) turned off.
