cannot see refresh rate option in display

I cannot see "Refresh Rate" drop down option in DISPLAY panel.

I am using MacPro 16 model.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

In System Preferences > Displays, set the radio button to Default for display. Then, hold the option key and press the Scaled radio button. That will give you the drop-down for refresh rates lower than 60 Hz.
