have re-installed macos catalina but quickstart still doesn
I have re-installed macos 10.15.6 catalina but quickstart still doesn't open. I will erase the disc if needed.

Does it open and crash or just bounce in the Dock? Or, anything else you can see?
Does it work in another account on the Mac? If you don't have one, you can enable the Guest user in Users & Groups and try from there.
How about in Safe Mode while logged into your current user?
