Hello! My name is Olivia and I just recently received my series 5 apple watch back in August. Today, I realized that in the background, my watch has been counting and tracking some type of movement for the past two days, and I'm not sure what is happening or how to fix it. All of my stand hours are filled (24/12) and I have over 1000 exercise minutes per day. Any advice would help, thank a lot!
