Install IPA file

I downloaded an app (IPA file) on my iPhone, but I dont know how to install it, the webpage only tell me to verify the profile and bla bla bla,.... Can someone teach me how to install it? Thanks!

Downloading .ipa files from other sources, is right or not recommended? Hi, I am Ishaq, I have a query and want to ask. I was searching for an educational learning .ipa file on app store but I was not successful to find it on the app store directly. When I search it on google and find it on a website . I click the download button of the required file and it redirects me to the app store where my required file was placed. I am worried to download it. may I need to download it from this link. ( even then it is placed on the apps store but the link was found by a third-party website). or I need to just skip it. Please, guys, guide me honestly, what should I need to do? thanks. Stock iPhones do not allow installation of apps from outside the App Store. You will not find support for such unofficial use here.
