Memory leak from Mac Safari

The new version of Facebook is eating up Mac RAM. How can I stop this?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

That seems to slow dow the growth of the Facebook leak problem, but it does keep growing. Still don't understand how to clear cases, and which ones to keep.
