Yes very much so! Go to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210190 and scroll to "Download macOS Mojave" Then Click If you still need macOS Mojave, use this App Store link: Get macOS Mojave.
Click Blue Button I have In this reply. It will take you to Mac app store. Click "Get" It will take you to system Preferences. A popup will come down. Click "Download" Let it install. And soon once again you will Be running macOS Mojave!
