AirPods (1st Generation) Connectivity Problem

I have an AirPods 1st generation (model A1523) that has an issue with connectivity. After I took out my airpods, it plays music for 20 seconds. After few seconds, the airpods disconnected from my iPhone. Does anyone encountered this problem? What should I do?

Hello! Let's try to reconnect your AirPods. Follow these steps:

  1. Tap Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Tap the (i) icon to the right of your AirPods and tap "forget device"
  3. Open your AirPods case and hold the button on the back of the case until the light switches to a white color and then connect to your AirPods on your phone.

I hope that this solved your issue, and if you were to have any further questions - do not hesitate to ask!

Regards,

Alexander
