iCloud Says I have ran out of storage

There was an issue for my iCloud storage (5 GB) on my iPad (6th generation). Says I have ran out of storage when I have more than 2 GB.

The message/notification could be referring to a lack of device storage. Check here -- How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support & About storage on your device and in iCloud - Apple Support.
