WiFi won’t work

I have an IPhone 8 Plus. My WiFi will not turn on. I’ve tried to reset the network multiple times, I even reset my whole phone, it’s still not turning on. It’s greyed out when I go to settings and I’m unable to slide it on or off. I don’t know what else to do. What do I do now?
