iTunes money shows up on iPhone but not ipad

I have and iPad and an iPhone under the same account. I recently received $15 in iTunes money. It was meant to be on my iPad but then I had redeemed it on my iPhone. Now the money wont show on my iPad but will on my phone. Is there a way to transfer it or ask apple to? Or is it just gonna have to stay like that?

Check your Apple ID balance


"Learn more

  • If you think that your Apple ID balance is incorrect, sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store, then sign back in and check the balance again. If you still think that the balance is incorrect, check your purchase history to see if a subscription renewed or you bought an item."
