apple news

Hello, I pay for an ongoing subscription to Apple news, but when I go into the app it tells me that I need to Sign up for my free month and then start paying - it does not seem to recognize the subscription in place. How do I fix this?

As well, it appears that downloaded mags only last 30 days before getting deleted - is this true? If so, does anyone know why this is?

Thanks in advance for your help 😀

About the 30 days download lifespan, according to these Apple's pages, it should be related to the storage:

About the subscription issue, have you tried to uncheck, wait a few seconds and check again News in Settings -> Apple ID -> iCloud? Just an idea.
