If the phone is disabled it is too late to recover any data on it that you didn’t back up before it was disabled.

After you follow those instructions if you have a backup you can restore the backup—>Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Hopefully you have a backup because you need to restore your phone which will erase it in order to be able to reset your passcode. See here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
