iPhone 11 Pro Max camera broke

Iv just got the iPhone 11 Pro Max brand new, the back camera works on it but the front does not, it does not work on snapchat, face time, normal camera, any apps at all iv tried everything, why does it not work? The phone is all updates and on the latest software, I’ve reset the phone a few times also.
