I have an app that is due to renew and it doesn't give me an option to cancel

I have an app that is due to renew and it doesn't give me an option to cancel. It was originally billed through iTunes, not a third party.


When I follow all the steps to cancel, tried many different ways, my only options are different renew packages. No Cancellation or manage this subscription button appears.


How do I cancel?

Without knowing what the app is or how you subscribed to it we are just guessing. You have tried this: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
