Hello,
This is the first time I have been able to access my music in itunes in years. I noticed that when I look in my music library that all my downloaded music is gone. Is there any way you can reload all the music I had in my account? I had hundreds of songs I would really like to have back!

If the songs were purchased from the iTunes Store, then under certain conditions you can re-download fresh copies at no charge:

Martine,
Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID account that you used for the original purchases. Once you are in the account, follow the steps in that document to see your old purchases listed. Once you see the list, you can download the ones you want.
