I want to download an app but I can’t download it because it’s said that isn’t available for my region or country, but the app is from here( United States)

Are you ure the app has been published in the US app store?

Did you switch your country to a country other than the US?

Yes, the app has been published here, and I change my region but it still saying that the app isn’t available
