Good day! I have problems connecting my iPad to iTunes. I just recently bought a laptop and installed iTunes but it can't recognize my iPad.

From where did you obtain and install iTunes on your Windows 10 PC?
It is understood that iTunes sourced from the Microsoft App Store does not include the full complement of Apple device drivers - whereas iTunes for Windows download directly from Apple does include the full driver set.
I recommend that you reinstall iTunes on your PC using a copy of iTunes downloaded from Apple.
