1 Year Free Trial with a new device

Hi!I just bought a MacBook Air and I know that when you buy a new apple device you get 1 year free Apple TV.I tried to activate this but the only offer I get is 1 free week trial.Where can I get the 1 year?

If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
