Can't update Keynote for Mac

Hi, I am trying to update Keynote of my MacBook and it won't let me. It keeps saying that it was either refunded or installed from a different apple account. I have Keynote on my iPad and iPhone under my account and it won't work on the MacBook.

little help upgrading keynote hy all, I Kindly ask for your help. I have a iMac, I had Sierra 10,12,6 installed (is a iMac I bought second hand). yesterday I've upgraded to Sierra high. now I'm trying to make th update suggested by App Store, in particular keynote. when I lunch the update I'm asked to put my Apple ID and password and after that I receive a message error saying that the update cannot be done because it has been bought by another id or it have been canceled or refunded. any Idea? the id is correct. thanks a lot in advance.

1 - Move the Keynote application to the trash: right click and select Move to Trash

2 - empty the trash: click on the desktop once, to select the Finder

go to Finder > Empty trash, then select empty trash to confirm

3 - open the App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, type " Keynote" in the search box then click the download button
