I received an email from Apple asking me to update my billing info, from:
digital-no-reply@hkDDB.apple.com
After logging on, noticed all my information is correct.
Is this a scam?

Yes it is a scam. Don't click any links. Don't give them any info. Delete the email

Since you already gave them all of your identifying information, CHANGE YOUR APPLE ID's PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY!!
