Pool Swim Workout on Apple Watch in meters , but on Activity App on iPhone in Yards

On my Apple Watch i have my Pool Swim Workout nicely in meters, but when I have a look in the Activity App on muy iPhone the distances are in Yards.

Where can I find the settings in the Activity iPhone app so that also on my iPhone the distance from my Pool Swim Workout are also in meters.

Choose language or region

Tap My Watch, go to General > Language & Region, tap Custom, then tap Watch Language.

Use the same Language / Region as that of your iPhone
