On the “my faces” section of the watch app I’ve only selected two watch faces for the watch. These two watch faces do appear correctly on my watch but there’s also an additional two that show up that I can’t get rid off.

What happens if you press hard on the current watch face, swipe left to one of the extra faces and then swipe up? Is there a trashcan to delete?
