message: Your computer was restarted because of a problem

I just got a new laptop - a mac air - and this message comes on the screen literally every time I open it, "Your computer was restarted because of a problem."

The computer has restarted due to a problem message ! For some time when I turn on the computer (MacMini 2018 - 3.2 GHz Intel Core i7 - OS Mojave 10.14.6) I always get this message: The computer has restarted due to a problem.
