My headphone adapter isn't working as it should. It keeps turning on siri, pausing what is playing, going to the beginning of what's playing, skipping what's playing etc. I only bought it at the end of May 2020.
The issue is definitely with the headphones as my IPhone 8 was bought around the same time and there aren't any other issues with the lightning port.
What's wrong with the adapter? With the 1 year warranty would I be able to get a replacement for it?
Yes, you can replace it. Prior to doing so get a Flashlight and a toothpick and clean the Lightning port on your iPhone, clean the headphone port on the adapter and clean the switch on whatever headphone you are using.
