I recently place an order for an iPhone 11 but i forgot what carrier i chose, now they are preparing my order to deliver it, how i can know what carrier i chose for my iphone

I believe that would show on your order confirmation email. Also on the order itself. See: Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple
