Hello! I have a problem with the Apple TV + app on my LG TV (OLED C9). The video aspect ratio is changed the first time you start the movie. The movie is stretched. The second time you turn it on, the proportions are correct. I don't know where to report this tiresome bug.

Same here. I have a OLED C8, the Apple TV+ app appeared on our home screen a couple days ago. We fired up The Morning Show and everything is too tall. Maybe there should be black bars top and bottom that aren't appearing.

This is exactly what is happening to me as well. I can fix it by exiting and then starting again I have the same issue other content on lg tv but can’t get the other content to adjust properly like I can with the Apple app.
I’m having the exact same issue! I have the LG c9 oled and noticed this a few months ago. I noticed as people’s head looked squashed and long. Everything looks stretched but squashed. It’s weird. I hope they fix it.
Same problem here. Nanocell LG 55 Dolby Vision, Atmos. Sometimes video starts stretches vertically, go back, start again and then it shows 16:9
also, aspect ratio in LG settings is greyed out.
Same issue on LG OLED65B8. Same resolution as others noted.
