Battery dying on my MacBook Pro

How can I buy a new battery and have it installed while all the Apple Stores are closed? And one of my two charging ports no longer works. Is there some way to have it repaired?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

Contact Apple. There is a mail-in option.
