I have a subscription in Apple TV and it is working on my IPhone however in my Saamsung smart TV (QLED) it keeps loading the movie and it is not starting the content (Loading page) eventhough i am logged in.
any suggestions?

Check your TV setting To see if there is a software update available (both OS and the AppleTV+ app). Also check your WiFi signal.

both TV and app are updated and internet connection is good and working perfectly on the mobile and other streaming platforms on TV
You might want to check with Samsung for standard troubleshooting. I do know it works fine on both of mine.
I did and they did all the trouble shooting and told me to contact apple support
