I can’t use Memoji stickers on my iPad.

I can’t use Memoji stickers on my iPad. I updated to iPadOS 13 and my iPad model is iPad Air 2. Using Memoji stickers setting is enabled. But I can’t still use Memoji stickers. Please someone help me. :<

Hello,

Memoji Stickers requires an iPad model with an A9 processor or newer. iPad Air 2 uses an A8 processor meaning that iPad Air 2 is not compatible with Memoji Stickers.
