New software

I can’t download any new apps or anything like that. It just started after I downloaded the new software. Why’s this happening and what can I do

If you are referring to having installed the iOS 14 beta, here is How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support

And if this is the beta, nobody here is in a position to discuss that further here, past the removal, per the folks at Apple.
