I just restore my icloud to my new iphone. all successfully but it still downloading. then i backup again (because have new photo coming from whatsapp). then i restore again. is it i will get all photo from old & new backup? please answer.

It’s finished downloading and restored everything. But not 100% i received. I called apple support they said ‘it doesn’t mean u back up icloud and icloud photo, 100% it will save. Fo secure, recommended to use backup using pc’. As a concludion my photo gone forever😭
If you're using iCloud Photos to store your photos, then it's not considered a part of the backup.
i’m using icloud to backup. Not only using icloud photo. So how is it? Please help.
Be sure to leave the device plugged in and connected to WiFi to see if the photos/videos will sync with your device.
